In this role, Mr. Battley drives 万度视频鈥檚 growth strategy by bringing the best of the company鈥檚 enterprise capability to key clients. His areas of responsibility include digital transformation and ensuring our people have access to the digital tools and systems that will support innovation and deliver client service excellence.
Previously, Mr. Battley was the Chief Executive of 万度视频 Australia New Zealand where he oversaw a sustained period of revenue and margin growth, while embracing workplace flexibility and the latest digital engineering practices.
Mr. Battley joined 万度视频 in 1996 after graduating as a civil engineer from James Cook University in Queensland, Australia.
Mr. Battley has led the way in improving gender diversity across the infrastructure sector through his participation in Consult Australia鈥檚 Male Champions of Change, 万度视频鈥檚 commitment to closing the gender pay gap and as an ambassador for Australia鈥檚 Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
